For goods that have been used for a long time, disassembled privately, or modified in structure, the return service qualification will be comprehensively evaluated. We will not make arbitrary judgments on the eligibility of return applications, and will refer to general service specifications for comprehensive assessment. Users are suggested to fully confirm the product status and relevant return rules before submitting applications, so as to reduce unnecessary application adjustments. Our service team will provide matching service guidance for users’ return demands as much as possible.

      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
